A non-refundable deposit equal to one night’s stay per room booked will be taken after you make your booking to validate the reservation (using card details provided while making reservation). The remaining amount will be charged 1 day prior to arrival. We recommend you to take out the travel insurance if you think you may need to cancel.
Check in time is between 15:00 and 20:30. We ask that rooms be vacated by 10:00 am on the day of departure to allow to prepare for the next guests. A £10 per hour/part hour will be charged for late check out/early check in.
The Cameo is a non smoking accommodation (that includes electronic cigarettes). There is a smoking area outside the front of the house. Guests will be asked to leave without a refund for smoking inside the house. Deep cleaning fee applies as well.
A minimum of £300 will be charged for any malicious or unreasonable damage to the property. Cleaning charge of minimum of £50 will be charged for any room left in a condition which requires an additional amount of cleaning.
Guests who make excessive noise or behave in a way that disturb other guests comfort will be asked to leave without a refund.
We do not accept children under 6.
We do not provide cots or extra beds in the rooms.
We do not accept stag, hen or single sex groups. Such groups will be refused entry and any deposits paid will not be refunded. In case of any other groups there is a deposit of £200 payable at the time of checking in.
The rooms can be occupied only by persons checked into the house. Guests are asked not to bring/allow extra people into the house or rooms without prior notice.
We cannot accept pets.
We do not take responsibility for valuables left in rooms.
There is a £50 charge for lost set of keys.
Guests are not allowed to bring meals or alcohol into their rooms.
